Changes to Visa Bulletin – On September 15, 2015, the Department of State and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) have revised the procedures to accurately determine the visa availability for applicants who are currently in the United States, and if eligible, to apply for adjustment of status with USCIS. The visa bulletin now entails two categories: “Application Final Date” and “Dates for Filing Family-Sponsored Visa Application.”
