Immigration Updates – As expected, late on November 9, 2015, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, affirmed the federal district court’s February 16, 2015 order granting a preliminary injunction against DAPA and expanded DACA, finding that the district court did not abuse its discretion in granting the injunction pending resolution of the merits.
