Waiting to See What Will Happen Next … – On June 23, 2016, the Supreme Court rendered its decision in U.S. v. Texas regarding President Obama’s 2014 executive order to grant temporary protected status to foreign nationals who had entered the United States before January 1, 2010, and who had children that were either citizens or lawful permanent residents (DAPA) in the United States.
