CSPA and “Parole in Place” – This alert is regarding recent policy memorandi that USCIS has issued this month affecting the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) challenge before the U.S. Supreme Court and the “parole in place” for family members of military service men or women or veterans. Although policy memorandum from USCIS is not a law, it is binding on all USCIS offices.
