Adoption Process – On March 1 2016, I had the privilege to attend the liaison meeting between the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Bangkok – Asian Pacific Chapter (AILA-Bangkok) with the visa chief for the U.S. Consulate in Saigon. There was a tremendous amount of information concerning the visa processing (both immigrant and nonimmigrant) with the U.S. Consulate in Saigon.
