F2A preference petition currents for August 2013 visa bulletin
Please be advised that the Visa Bulletin for the month of August 2013 does show a significant movement of the preference categories, especially, the F2A petition for lawful permanent residents (green card holder) for spouse or unmarried child and under 21 years of age. F2A petitions are current for the month of August 2013. This means that the visa is available; however, it does not mean that the relatives abroad may be interviewed.
