Xin quý vị lưu ý là Visa Buleltin for tháng 8 năm 2013 cho thấy sự phát triển nhanh của các diện ưu tiên, đặc biệt là F2A dành cho thường trú nhân hợp pháp (người có thẻ xanh) bảo lãnh vợ/ chồng hoặc con độc thân dưới 21 tuổi. F2A preference petition currents for August 2013 visa bulletin

Please be advised that the Visa Bulletin for the month of August 2013 does show a significant movement of the preference categories, especially, the F2A petition for lawful permanent residents (green card holder) for spouse or unmarried child and under 21 years of age. F2A petitions are current for the month of August 2013. This means that the visa is available; however, it does not mean that the relatives abroad may be interviewed. For relatives abroad to be interviewed, there are conditions that need to be met for the National Visa Center (NVC) or U.S. Consulate to schedule an immigrant visa interview.
