USCIS implementará nueva Tarifa de Inmigrante el 1 de Febrero 2013

Nueva tarifa cubre el costo del procesamiento de las visas de inmigrante luego de que los individuos reciben sus paquetes de visa del Departamento de Estado en el extranjero

WASHINGTON— El Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de Estados Unidos (USCIS, por sus siglas en inglés) comenzará a cobrar una nueva Tarifa de Inmigrante de $165 a los extranjeros en busca de obtener la residencia permanente en EE.UU. La implementación de esta nueva tarifa se explica en la notificación final (pdf) del Registro Federal anunciada el 24 de septiembre de 2010 ajustando las tarifas de solicitudes y peticiones.

USCIS sẽ tăng lệ phí cho di dân nhập cư bắt đầu từ ngày 1 tháng 2 năm 2013

Lệ phí mới sẽ được USCIS dùng chi trả cho thủ tục cấp thị thực di dân cho mỗi cá nhân sau khi được nhận bộ hồ sơ di dân từ bộ ngoại giao có tại nước ngoài.

Hoa Thịnh Đốn- Ngày 1 tháng 2 năm 2013 tới, Sở Di Trú Hoa Kỳ sẽ bắt đầu thu thêm $165.00, lệ phí mới này sẽ áp dụng với những di dân xin thường trú nhân Hoa Kỳ.

Implementation of New USCIS Immigrant Fee Starting Feb. 1, 2013

New fee allows USCIS to recover the costs of processing immigrant visas after individuals receive their visa packages from the Department of State abroad

WASHINGTON—On Feb. 1, 2013,U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin collecting a new USCIS Immigrant Fee of $165 from foreign nationals seeking permanent residence in the United States. This new fee was established in USCIS’s final rule adjusting fees for immigration applications and petitions announced on Sept. 24, 2010.
