On June 26, 2015 and after 2 years of the anniversary of the court case Windsor v. United States, the United States Supreme Court issued another landmark decision regarding same sex marriage. This case new is the Obergefell v. Hodges. For some in the LGBT community, the legal challenge regarding the recognition and benefit of same sex marriage has come in full circle with this new decision.
