It looks like for the remaining term of this Congress and of the President, there will not be any passage of immigration legislation. Any immigration legislation passing through Congress would likely come after the 2016 national election. The efforts and attention are now focus in trying to get the executive orders that President Obama announced on November 2014 to be implemented.
