Quyết định chống đối DAPA
Vào ngày hôm qua, 16 tháng 2 năm 2015, Ông chánh án liên bang của tiểu bang Texas Adrew Hanen, – Tòa án quận Brownsville, Texas , vừa đưa ra một án lệnh tạm thời chống đối việc thực thi quyết định của Tổng Thống Obama cho chương trình DAPA và chương trình gia hạn thêm cho diện DACA.
Lệnh án tạm thời nay theo 26 tiểu bang khác bao gồm tiểu bang Texas, và các dân biểu của tiểu bang chống đối và ngăn cản Hoa Kỳ cũng như cơ quan di trú và nhập tịch Hoa Kỳ việc thực thi ban hành chương trình DAPA và DACA.

Injunction on DAPA
Yesterday, February 16, 2015, Texas Federal Judge Andrew Hanen, from the US District Court in Brownsville, Texas, granted a temporary injunction against the implementation of President Obama’s Deferred Action for Parents of Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) and the expansion of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) programs.
The Judge granted the temporary injunction after twenty-six states, including Texas, and their representatives sought injunctive relief against the United States and the Department of Homeland Security to prevent the implementation of the DAPA and DACA programs.

Interdicto en DAPA
Ayer 16 de febrero de 2015, el juez federal de Texas Andrew Hanen, de la Corte Federal de Distrito en Brownsville, Texas, concedió una medida cautelar en contra de la aplicación de la Acción Diferida del presidente Obama para padres de ciudadanos y residentes legales permanentes (DAPA) y la expansión de la Acción Diferida para los programas de la niñez llegada (DACA).
El juez concedió la medida cautelar después de veinte y seis estados, incluyendo Texas, y sus representantes pidieron medidas cautelares en contra de Estados Unidos y el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional para evitar la aplicación de los programas de DAPA y DACA.
