Supreme Court’s Decision in Scialabba v. Cuellar de Osorio

This is an alert from the office regarding the recent decision from the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the retention requirements under the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) which were to allow the retention of the parent’s priority date when the child is not CSPA protected, and the parent files a new petition seeking a retention of the parent’s priority date for the child.

Thông tin cập nhật từ văn phòng về quyết định từ Tối Cao Pháp Viện Hoa Kỳ về việc xin lại ngày ưu tiên của hồ sơ trước đây dưới luật bảo vệ trẻ em theo diện CSPA, xin cho phép người con không được luật CSPA bảo vệ đi theo hồ sơ cha mẹ, được xin lại ngày ưu tiên của hồ sơ cha mẹ trước đây, khi cha mẹ làm hồ sơ bảo lãnh lại cho người con.
