Esta alerta es sobre la reciente politica memorandi que USCIS ha publicado este mes, afectando la Ley de Proteccion del Nino (CSPA) desafio ante la Corte Suprema y a “libertad condicional en lugar” para los familiares de los hombres del servicio militar o mujeres o veteranos
Aunque el memorando de política de USCIS no es una ley, es vinculante para todas las oficinas de USCIS.
